Registration and Payment Policy

Online registration is required for all classes, workshops, and courses. This ensures accurate rosters and secures each student’s space. There are no refunds for courses, classes or workshops.

Payment Options

You may pay by:

  • Credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal (on the website)

  • Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card (direct payment) from Wave Invoice

  • Cash or check in person

  • Step Up for Students (SUFS)

Space Holding

A spot is held only when:

  • Payment is completed or

  • A SUFS service request has been submitted

  • Spaces remain open online until payment or SUFS requests are received.

Multi‑Course Registration

Students may register for multiple 4‑week courses or workshops (Fall 1, Fall 2, Fall 3, Fall 4).

  • SUFS: If funds are available, multiple blocks may be reserved at once.

  • Paying out of pocket: Multiple blocks may be paid for at registration.

  • If funds are not yet available: Register and pay for Fall 1, then contact the studio to request temporary space holding for additional blocks.

  • Please do not register online for additional blocks until payment or SUFS funds are ready.

Confirmation

After checkout, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation from the website

  • A follow‑up invoice or payment confirmation from the studio

Cancellation Policy

By booking yourself or your student you agree that you will receive an invoice before each session, class, workshop, party or event. Payment (or deposit for events) is due upon receipt of invoice.

There are no refunds for courses, classes or workshops.

Please contact us regarding private parties or events. 

 

Absences & Make-Ups

If you will need to miss a class or event, please let us know ahead of time. We prepare materials and projects in advance for each artist. Your quick message helps us plan well for everyone and keep our studio running smoothly. There are no refunds for missed courses, classes or workshops. Make up options will be made available.
